What should be the proper approach to treat PCOS?I was diagnosed with PCOS 7 years ago.Still it is terrible.

Weight reduction is compulsory.Regularise the period with oral contraceptive pill minimum for 3 months.No junk food,no tension and work out.Automatically it will reduce.
