PCOS with high prolactin level

I am diagnosed with PCOS. My TSH FSH levels are normal but prolactin levels are high 60 .my glucose fasting shows 119 and my random glucose level is 170. Wat should be done next? Are tgere sever complications to get pregnant?

There can be problem with ovulation as this high prolactin alters the ovulation .see physician for sugar levels .
