Hello We understand you feeling and.your concern towards your health nut you need to know one thing that the platelets have the capacity if stopping blot of we have any injury and that is there function and now it seems that your ratio of their is a bit high in this scenario if their PDW ratio is high their function itself will make harm to us by coagulating in the lumens of the arteries and blocking the blood flow. Just have a follow up the the doctor who shoes Ted you this. Thank you

platelet distribution width (PDW) is an indication of variation in platelet size which can be a sign of active platelet release. MPV and PDW are simple platelet indices, which increase during platelet activation. PDW is a more specific marker of platelet activation, since it does not increase during simple platelet swelling. The rest of the blood parameters would be required for a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to meet a MD general medicine with your results so that the results can be clinically correlated so that a specific diagnosis can be reached.
