It will take 2-4 weeks to work and the improvement if any becomes more as you take. However if there is no response in 4 weeks the medication needs to be changed. Good luck.

Wait for 2 weeks from starting the medication,then we can go for higher dose.and yes if you are experiencing some side effect we can adress that and some other medication can be considered along with pexep for initial few days.Discuss regarding your problem for proper evaluation and further management.

You can consult a psychiatrist to increase the dose or to add another drug as you already using it for 10 days. Generally, we ask patients to use it for 15 days to evaluate changes it made.
