I have 4 months old baby girl. from last three days she has light fever and she is doing so much poop (in numbers). she is taking mothers milk but she is losing her weight yet

Dont go with the word light fever..first measure her body temp, to see if there is any fever at all..
And immediately see ur doc..it is the time were gastro enteritis is on high..get her examined so tht required medicines like pre pro biotc, zinc and antibiotc as needed can be given..
Wt loss may be due to these episodes of loos motion..or she is not getting enough of mothers feed...pl see ur doc..
