I had protected sex twice during period. I’m about to
Ovulate and I have pelvic pain, light nausea, constipation and indigestion .. could
This be anxiety or could I be pregnant??

Sex during periods may cause infection.that may be one of the reason for pelvic pain. And as you are saying you are about to ovulate nausea may not be from pregnancy.Its mostly due to anxiety regarding pregnancy.But better to check for urinary tract infection and urine pregnancy test if problem persist.
