plasmapheresis will remove the antibodies form the body that are acting against the skin.... but you will still require immunosuppressive therapy to inhibit immune system from forming antibodies against your skin.... with new advancements it can be well controlled... till the tendency of your body exists to form the antibodies , immunosuppressant therapy will have to be continued. hope this was helpful.
