Pencillin allergy. Taking pancillin.

I have taken 1.2units of pencilin on last Saturday after diagnosed the syphilis 1:4. I had pain in my both buttocks for entire day. Sunday morning I found my hand just below from thumb has swollen however no pain no itching. I felt burning sensation in my eyes and watery. Later on I started feeling pain in different body parts legs elbow knee back pain and heavy chest and heavy breathing. The pain was a pointed pain. Also felt pain in my testicles. Feels like these are swollen till now. Had rashes around eyes. I felt pain in stomach too. Pain in the middle of neck and also felt dizziness . A lot of burps. Till now no medication has taken. Please advice if it is because of pencilin or something else. I have weird black spots on my palm and feels a weird touch and pain with burning sensation on my hand . One of the finger is swollen from joint which pains before taking pancillin.
