You need a urologist consultation ASAP to rule out any damage to the tissues inside. If there is any, early intervention can prevent permanent damage. The erection problem could be a psychological sequela of the event. We will look into into it after the urologist's evaluation and treatment

Ur symptoms and the popping sound do make it likely that penile fracture has indeed occurred. If u had bluish swelling on penis at that time it's very much likely that the corpora might have ruptured ( penile fracture) It would have been best if u had consulted immediately But anyway u need to consult an experienced Urologist PHYSICALLY as soon as possible.
Next Steps
consult a UROLOGIST immediately
Health Tips
he will examine the penis and may order penile Doppler with papaverine injection .. once diagnosis is made he will guide u
