Hi sir, basically my penis top head area always allergic and when I uses antibiotics it is clear for some days, after some days again same problem allergic and red small spot in my penis top area.
I am merried person and my wife also suffering this problem, what should we do? Please help me for whole time solve this problem

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
