Penis covered with skin completely
The penis of my seven yr old son is covered with skin completely. Only small urine hole can be seen. the skin over the penis is completely covering it. Can Ointments help or surgery is needed

Good morning. Please consult a pediatric surgeon. He will check & suggest. If you are unable to retract it there may be a need for surgery
