I had unprotected sexual encounter on 2 sep 2017 now i have some white substance coming from penis when masturbating nd black stain kn underwear after mastrbation lower abdomen is painfull ne tight....got gonorrhoea nd chlymydia urine test done of early morning first urine sample.....got low positive chlymydia
Doctor gave me cefuroxime for 7 days 500 mg but i didnt take it after 7 days so the doctor said it wont work now he gave me rifampicin 300 mg for 14 days is it safe to have it or should i take some other medicine or is 1 gm azithromycin with secnidazole nd fluconazole kit more better.....isn't rifampicin given for tb only
