I have darker spots on my penis head and also a black line around my glans what can use to treat? Do I need to see a doctor?

Dark spots on penis can be due to fungal and bacterial infections, it can also be a normal finding.. in your case to diagnose it, I need to see the picture of that dark spot to help you in a better way.
