Dear sir
I'm feeling dryness near my penis foreskin which covers glanspenis area. My CUE normal and ultrasound shows normal. When I try to pull back my foreskin it comes back but feeling like it wat attached to foreskin dryly and comes slowly. No inflamation and no pain..

Clean beneath the foreskin with mild soap and water
Rinse and dry beneath the foreskin thoroughly
Pull the foreskin back over the head of the penis...if problem persists long consult nearest doctor as you may require creams to solve your issues.
