Penis forhead
In my penis red small dots are there, whenever I use any cream like - candid b or any antibacterial, antifungal cream. It will be OK. But after 15 days same thing will be done. Kindly suggest me for what should I do.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. stop using candid B because that has a steroid... get a proper treatment after getting a consultation from a qualified certified dermatologist.You should send me images through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem and approaching it accordingly. Hope this is helpful.
