Hi sir, I have a infection on my penis forehead skin, it had folded inside and changed to white color on top of penis skin. A little pain and unable to pass urine freely.

Get clinical examination done by a general surgeon/urologist to assess status of infection.
antibiotic and antiseptic ointment may be required.
In chronic cases,circumcision is also a good option
