Sir,
My penis skin is not move ,when I am going to urine ,that time penis is fat,after that normal,
Main thing skin is not move,any issues in future,or after marriage anything happen,
Kindly suggest me.

Hello..... Prepauce of penis can be retracted... If it's not possible before secondary sexual maturity ,but in sexual it can retracted back ,you try it gently ...size of penis varies ,that is normal due to erection ... If its not retractable you consult general surgeon.......
