Penis itching
From last 4 days I'm having itching on penis , the itching is inside the foreskin on the penis ... I cleaned it n found white substance which is called smegma , even after washing n cleaning it properly it is still itching .. please advise me some cream to apply also for time being I applied very less quantity of soframycn to it ...

Clean it with soap solution daily.
Anti allergic drug avil one tab bed time will reduce itching.
Get physical clinical examination done by a dermatologist for exact prescription
