  4. Penis pain. And sperm were pissed out.

Cant able to use bed sheet while sleeping ,while using bedsheet my tip of the penis geting some kind of pain and sperm were pissed out .it's very dis comfort for me and worried , so please tell me what's the issue with me and what are the steps should I take for this.
