Penis problem
Hello, I am 23 and I recently found out that my penis forehead and upper skin were attached at somepart.Due to this I am unable to retract my foreskin upwards fully. Recently When I tried to retract foreskin fully I am unable to do it and causing pain.Please give information about my problem and what should I do to cure this.Thank you.

By looking at the history seems like you have phimosis or a tight frenulum. This would require a surgical management .
