Most of the young guys never ever attempt to retract their foreskin of penis to clean it up while taking bath ( for hygine purpose) due to ignorance or fear despite the skin opening is adequate for such action. These can be taught forward n backward movements of skin with the help of lubricants under supervision of Sexologist initially by which their skin stretches a little and thereafter he feels confident and comfortable.
Some can not do it if the opening is very tiny, a condition called as Phymosis. These may require CIRCUMCISION.
