Penis root pain. The cause & treatment.

I am facing minute pain in the right side of my penis root where the penis connects our body from last 4 months . When this pain is new for me in month of october - after that day my penis colour becomes blakish red & looks very week & lots of nerves are visible .Right side of penis root is the main point of the pain .Now the colour is normal but still few nerve are visible & the penis is like hot & burning kind of . Along with this I am  facing  pain in full penis especially right shaft during erection . Sometimes the pain also in thigh joints . Past history is like have done excessive porn masterbation ( facing towards bed ) vigorously. One Dr prescribed me pregabalin but still facing the pain ... I am very confused & in tension due to this pain . Don't know why & what is happening with me .. pls suggest me the cause & treatment .
