My penis is too small to wear condom. at erection it is less than 4inch. want big size penis. please help.

There is no medicine to increase penis size. Though it can be done surgically but it's mostly unnecessary as sexual pleasure is not decided by that. Still if you are not sure you may consult urologist online or near you.
