Penis skin
My penis foreskin doesn't pull down and i am not sexually active right now, so whenever i try to pull the foreskin down, it starts to pain. Please advice me whether its natural or not.

Well I would suggest you to meet a general surgeon and get it examined as you might be suffering from phimosis or para phimosis..I would suggest you to get it examined and confirm once...Thank you
