Hi doctor.my penis shaft coming black round one night morning I feel itachi next day coming ulcer same smol point on penis skin and down lip penis ulcer hill 5day only washing detol.but colour not coming same and penis skin to much burning and itaci.pls helpo..one year ago on lip same comig black round it hill after 15day no have any itachi on lip.pls tell me what is this and advice medicine am Saudi Arab.pls tel me madiesan.sir help me

Fungal infection.. Also called jock itch, when occurs in groin.. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds..It's mostly circular or round in appearance.. May be red or black in colour.. Treatment depending on the type and severity..
