Penis tip burning. Of std or hiv?

Helo i had done oral sex and took Blow Job from prostitute without wearing condom on 29 jan 2020. After exactly three days i had mild burn on tip of my penis which urge me to go for pissing so frequently. This problem was making me uncomfortable, after consultation with doctor i took 14 ciprofloaxin in 7 days. Problem for burn and urge for pissing gone. But now again from last week of this month i feel mild burn at head of penis. But piss is normal and no urge of pissing. I am sacred is it HIV or any kind of STI or Std. I do not had any medical problem since January neither I face any issue realted to my health. No Sickness, no fever, no weight loose. I am worried and anxious because of this problem i am unable to get rest properly. What medicine should i continue to remove this burn from Root. Is it sympotoms of STD or HIV? Kindly suggest
