Pennies skin not opening
Hi I'm 22 years old and I never had sex. But I masturbute at least 3 times a day. My pennies skin does not go back is there a problem or is this normal I'm worried please help.

You have phimosis. It might come back suddenly and swell up leading to an emergency. Consult an urologist ASAP.
