Pennis not raising...emergency!!!

Hello...I am 23 years old newely married before 2 months.myself and my husband having sexual intercourse for 2 months daily..and yesterday he had ear pain and visits his doctor ...he gave pain killer and after having tablet we had intercourse asusal. But after 15 min his pennis is not strong to go into my vagina..but sperm is coming out while shaking..this is the first time he is experiencing..what is the reason??plzzz help??? emergency!!!
