Performance anxiety
How to reduce anxiety when exams are nearby. I always get anxious and start behaving abnormally when exams are close. I study throughout the year very efficiently but during last phases I sometime start crying or be aggressive or just sit nd avoid studying due to which my performance gets affected.

Its all about stress, exam stress. It is normal to get stressed up but upto certain limit. In fact, its helpful. If you cross that limit it becomes distress and affects your performance. That is affecting you. It needs good stress management and counseling.

- time management, - good sleep hygiene, maintain same sleep schedule even during exam with little changes if necessary. - self written notes will be of help for last minute study. - practice and write the last 5 years exam papers with setting time( rehearsal of exam)

To reduce anxiety try to do deep breathing exercises and relaxation exercises daily. Sleep for 6-7hours daily.Do meditation. Medicines would definitely help you.
