Perianal abscess fistula at ano external
Two and half years back I have observed milde irritation at anus after going motion, I went for doctor he prescribed some ointment, from that this irritaion appear occasionally I visited regularly for this to doctor, however after one year perianal absess was formed doctor open this and clear the infection but no communication at internal and he was only removed the abscess later after again a small bubble formed at surgery area again he prescribed some antibiotics and done i&d again after 15 days a small bubble was formed, I went for another doctor he said there was communication to anus externally and preferred MRi. Please find attached report and provide suggestions. If again surgery to be done he said some manual surgery and remaining laser is this technique ok. How many days after surgery can I take my routine work. Is this any complex surgery.

transphencteric fistula is always very notorious, until n unless u get that fully excised it will recurre.
there is various type of treatment option available, but generally general surgeon prefer for seton technique, tighten that seton after every 15days,
seton technique takes time but surely treat fistula nicely.

if u r obese, try n reduce weight, and avoid maximum seating job, use soft pillow for sitting, clean all hair along gluteal cleft, take sitz bath daily with dettol 5m.l after passing stool,
