Perianal abscess
Hi, I had a surgery about 1.5 years ago for a perianal abscess. Since the past 6 days there is a swelling near the anus very close to the operated area which is extremely painful. There is no discharge of blood, pus and I am able to pass motions normally.
The pain is increasing by the day and also getting fever along with it. Kindly recommend what would be the treatment to be undertaken.

You need to consult your surgeon who operated upon you for a follow up. I suggest you see him as soon as possible
