Perianal abscess
My son is 2.5 year old and he is suffering from perianal abscess from past 2 years.He is under homeopathy treatment.but still not cured.Is there any permanent solution for this.

If abscess is there , it needs to be drained.. Homeopathy will not cure it.. You need to visit Pediatric surgeon.. They might do few scans to know the extent of abscesses and incision and drainage will be done..
If you are sure , it is an absecess than do not wait. It can become worse and if extending deep inside, might need a bigger surgery.
