Perianal itching, rash, pruritus Ani

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Skin is dry, pinkish/red, all over perianal region. There are a few cuts / gashes (probably from scratching). Problem is worse at night so I take Allegra for itching. Have been doing Sitz baths regularly also apply momate F, eberconazole cream and tbact ointment once in a while. Nothing seems to help. There are remissions sometimes that last for 1-2 days but then itch comes back. Also off late, there is a new bump / wart formation in the perineum region. General hygiene is very good. Stopped using soaps etc after problem started. Always Thoroughly clean up after passing motions also
