Perineal Muscle Twitch
I’ve had a twitch in what I’ve googled and learned is my perineal area. It’s really irritating, it doesn’t hurt but it bugs me, I just want it to stop, any recommendations? I have tried to massage the area and I urinate regularly, except when I urinate I feel like all the urine hasn’t been let out, could it be a prostate issue?
