My period is delayed for 3 days already. i have no appetite. i feel so tired. i vomitted too much food yesterday and i have mild headache. is it possible that im pregnant? i took a pregnancy test today and it says negative.

Yes chances of pregnancy are there specially if you hv these symptoms.
Many times pregnancy test comes delayed positive kindly do a urine pregnancy test repeat after a week.
