Period abdomal pain
I am 26years old. My periods are reglar and cycle is 28-30 days.I feel very intense abdomal pain during first day of period. Addition to that there are loose motion, vomiting, leg cramps etc. It becomes unbearable for the first 4-5 hours of starting of my period. I have to take leave from office every month due to this. Please tell me if it is normal or I have to consult a doctor .
I take meftal spas or Drotin DS to reduce pain but most of the time it does not help

This much of pain during periods s not normal.
U could be having endometriosis that causes severe dysmenorrhea.
Do an ultrasound pelvis to rule this out
