You may not have periods till a year after delivery if you are breastfeeding It's normal Anytime between 4 month to a year is normal But you can become pregnant even before menses resumes So use proper contraception Also cant predict the regularity of cycles bcoz pf pcod and breastfeeding You can start exercise now Floor exercises and walk are best Abdominal muscles toning exercises are better Stay hydrated Eat good No vigorous exercise Moderate exercise To keep up your milk supply Choose healthy foods Check your diet once you start little weaning foods for baby Connect for more details and information here Go to my website www.familygynaec.com For articles on breastfeeding and baby care Blog section YouTube channel Dr Harita Kothia videos

if you are breast feeding your baby then till 6 to 9 month you wont get your periods. one and half months after delivery you can start your excercise. if you are delivered by Lscs( operation) then wait for 6 months for abdominal excercise.
