Moderate exercise

Check your diet once you start little weaning foods for baby

if you are breast feeding your baby then till 6 to 9 month you wont get your periods.
one and half months after delivery you can start your excercise.
if you are delivered by Lscs( operation) then wait for 6 months for abdominal excercise.
