Hello I been having period cramps For about 3 weeks now it’s been on and off my period was due on the 14 and it’s now the 17 so I’m late I I took a pregnancy test and it came bad ck negative I took a pregnancy test came back negative idk what’s going on with my body

If u r hvng pain n still not hvng periods causes cn be many from early pregnancy , pcos , thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance , endometriosis etc.
U need to wait for 1 more week.
If still no periods repeat pregnancy test and do an ultrasound.
Then medication cn be given fir inducing periods
