My usual date of periods is the 7th but i still dont have a full flow yet. There is only a spot on the tissue paper and nothing in the urine either. So what does this mean?
I have done IUI on 24th Aug and my first date of last periods was 11 Aug. When should i check for pregnancy?

You can check after 14 days of iui on 10-11 September with morning sample fasting urine

Please wait to check for your pregnancy on 11 th August for confirmation. As by then you would have crossed more than 14 days post IUI.
