There are lot of reasons why u might have such periods. Most common reason is increase in weight. If you feel you have gained weight then try to reduce it. Plus other most common reason is polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). To rule that out you may need to consult a gynec.
Lastly this problems sometimes go away on its own. Just be cautious.
