Period missed and fear of pregnency

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I don't want to be pregnant. . My missed my entire periods. I took preganews kit test at home on 5th day of period . Result was negative . Should i believe on it. Does kit give accurate result . Or to go with blood test. One more question .. I m not married. I m 21 year old. Can pathology allow me for blood test without any prescription. .
