Period not stopping

Asked for Female, 41 Years

My period started on Feb 1, this was after 2 months of no period. I have endometriosis with a small cyst. Since it didn't stop, I consulted a gynaecologist who gave me Pause MF for 3 days. It stopped and then started the day after the dose ended. It is still going on as it showed 16mm in uterus lining. Is there anything which I can do to stop and regulate? Fed up and tired of this prolonged issue.
