Period or implantation bleeding

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I have under ovulation induction treatment, taking letoval 5(3 to 7days) ,eltroxin 100(taking daily though tsh is under control),y cyst m(1000 mg) and endogest sr 300,my lmp was 23.02.20 and ovulation day was 20.03.20.My cycle is 33 days after taking ovulation induction.Today after 36 days of lmp bleeding occurs, very disappointed now. Though before today I feel every symptoms of early pregnancy like lower abdominal cramps ,white vaginal discharge from last 7 days continuesly,my husband semen analysis report normal and all my report like amh,tsh,prolactin,rubela and sis also okay, why I am not pregnant after taking 2 ovulation circle,we are physical regularly at ovulation day(11 to 21 alternate day).

If it was just spotting pv and not frank bleeding like that of your regular menses... It's not your menses. So don't get disappointed and be positive.
