Asked for Male, 30 Years

My wife experiencing severe pain during periods ,and heavy bloating make it more worse . we are also planning for child,Is it effect pregnancy and which checkup we need to carried out for safe pregency .we are newly married and she said pain during periods has increase after marriage . She take some allopathy medicine and eve care and got relief in some month . But now she faced same issues.
