I'm 28 yr old I missed my periods from last 2 nd half month not pregnant what can I do now ?in between there is a spotting bt periods are not coming plz suggest me something

Causes of this cn be pcos , thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance ,polyp , ovarian cyst , medications etc. Get an ultrasound pelvis done. Consult directly for further assistance regarding the same
