Period Query - Hi, I Am Having Light Red Discharge With White

Hi, I am having light red discharge with white discharge acompained by cramps. This pain is around 25, 28,31 day in the cycle still i am not having any symptoms of periods. Also i feel tired in evening with both legs itching for past 5-6 days. So according to this symptoms what Should i do is there any complications. Now the period is skipped and it is around 32 days from last period. Please let me know what should be done next.
