Periods 7 days late

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My periods are 7 days late.i am having 27 days cycle.took pregnancy test yesterday it came negative..but still having mild cramps,bachache and leg pain too.i don't know what to do. I have attached my temperature chart here..can you please explain what to do next

Hello, Irregular periods is caused by hormonal imbalance (like prolactin, oestrogen, progesterone,) hypothyroidism, reproductive tract infections, PCOS, anemia,fibroids, stress, emergency contraceptive pills, pregnancy, certain other medications , you need to be examined first to find the cause, don't worry all can be managed with medicines please consult a gynecologist.
