Periods after abortion
I had abortion 4 months back in march and my periods returned in april but periods occurring every month after that are lighter like 2 days bleeding and 3rd day brown discharge. How can it get back to normal?

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question I need complete information regarding ur menes pattern and last date of menes. Any kind of abnormal discharge from vagina after period? If scanty bleeding and high BMI than u should do ultrasound of pelvis to evaluate ovaries and uterus. Inform me report so that I can advise you in better way. Get yourself examined by a gynaecologist near you to rule out any infection or pelvic inflammatory diseases or endometritis.. Accordingly medications can be advised regarding whats the pathology

Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of ovaries.I think you are having pcod or hypothyroidism.Also get done TSH level.With reports contact to me through practo online or nearby gynaecologist for further details.
