Hello, polycystic ovarian syndrome is the common cause for irregular periods in these days ..it associated with obesity and hirsutism ..you should consult gynaecologist . Ultrasound is required for the diagnosis .. Other causes are Hyporthyroidism, Detailed examination and investigation is required . consult gynaecologist.
