Periods are not regular

Asked for Female, 26 Years

This month I didn't get periods till now. My date of period was on 23 Oct. In the past 6 months my periods was regular but now I shifted to Pune from Andhra. So what is the reason behind this? What are the precautions I have to take to get periods?

Shifting to a new place may be a probable reason for this,weight gain may be another reason or thyroid imbalance can be contributory reason, get ur thyroid levels done
